Monterey provides support to the United States Air Force Category Management (AF CM) Program/Air Force Installation Contracting Agency (AFICA), as KPMG subcontractor. Monterey assists with the development and execution of the program strategies that support and advance the maturity and adoption of category management (CM) across the Air Force. We help employ a collaborative and iterative methodology for developing deliverables and problem solving to support the Air Force’s goal of achieving a consistent and comprehensive AF-Wide CM Strategy. We help provide AF CM support, Category Management Execution, and overall Task Management/Reporting and Staffing management support.
