Monterey Consultants Inc., has won three major contracts this summer, the combine value equaling $57.2 Million.
In June Monterey was awarded the Program Management Support Services to the Office of Small Business Disadvantaged Utilization (OSDBU) Program Support Team (PST) Support Team contract. This is Monterey’s foundational contract and worth around $5.2 Million. As part of the PST contract Monterey provides OSDBU with streamlined market research.
In August Monterey Consultants was awarded the Department of Veteran’s Affiars CVE Transformation contract. A $32M contract to provide support for CVE by processing VetBiz Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned/ Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB/VOSB) applications. The VetBiz VOSB Verification Program verifies Veteran status, examines ownership and control records, and engages with applicant in order for CVE to make a determination of eligibility. In order to do business with the VA as a SDVOSB/VOSB that business must be CVE verified. This award makes Monterey and one of two contractors supporting the CVE effort. Due to the size and scope of this award Monterey plans to hire around 50 new employees in the Washington D.C. area.
Also, in August Monterey was awarded the Air Force Category Management Support Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This $20 Million BPA has been ordered for a period of 5 years. For this contract Monterey is partnering with Censeo Consulting, a D.C. consulting firm specializing in strategic operations improvement. This contract requires personnel for work at Wight-Patterson Air Force Base and Monterey is actively looking for local hires.
In addition to these contracts Monterey is always looking to hire more Medical Records Downloaders to support their Medical Records Operations subcontract with California based company QTC.
