Caty joined Monterey in 2024 as the Human Resources Director. She is responsible for all human resources aspects of the business including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance. She earned her Bachelor’s in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati in 2021 (Go Bearcats!). Caty enjoys cooking with friends, country music, fitness classes, trying local coffee shops, and hiking/traveling with her lab/pointer mix, Harlee.
