Monterey Consultants is seeking dedicated Psychologists to join our network. As an integral part of our team, the Psychologist provides a full range of psychological services for typical and atypical clinical presentations by focusing on normative developmental and mental health issues and challenges faced by individuals across their lifespan, as well as systemic challenges (such as prejudice and discrimination) experience in groups, workplaces, organizations, institutions and communities.  The Psychologist provides comprehensive mental and behavioral health care for individuals, couples, families and groups.

Specific Skills
Hold a full, current, and unrestricted license to practice psychology at the doctoral level in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or the District of Columbia.  Degrees must be from an accredited educational institution. 
Additional Requirements
Able to pass a drug screen and background check.  United States Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy.

Educational Requirements
Clinical Psychologists: doctoral degree (Ph.D or equivalent) directly related to clinical psychology.    Counseling Psychologists: 2 full academic years of graduate study or master’s degree relating to counseling psychology.
