Primary Care Provider | Franklin, NC
Seeking Licensed Physician and/or Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our Provider Network.
Qualifications:

Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), and/or Physician (MD/DO).

Have an active, unrestricted license to practice independently in the state where services will be provided.
- Specialized in either of the following: Family Medicine, Pediatrics, or Internal Medicine.

Prior experience working with disadvantaged young adults (preferred).

Maintain licensing requirements/certification/accreditation.

Agree to a criminal background check and drug testing.
